Carlos is a communications professional and bilingual writer based in Ohio, United States. Born in El Salvador and raised in Ohio, Carlos holds an M.A. in Political Science, with a focus on Transnational and Comparative Politics. A lifelong football fan, he enjoys writing about the cultural and political aspects of the sport.

Carlos’ professional experience includes working for the Columbus Crew, AFC Cleveland, and the National Premier Soccer League.
